FIVE
Playing a bit with a different format and sharing a few of my favorite things I have been eyeing recently, let us begin:
Firstly, my new iPhone case came in the mail, if you read this you know I have been eyeing it for a while and it was worth it people!! It’s a really good yellow and will add a little something something to your fit pics.
I also am loving my Zara irregular oval earrings as seen above.
Now that we’re talking about color, let’s talk about this amazing orange Dragon Diffusion bag below. This brand is gaining a lot of popularity as of recent and I see why!! It’s a perfect Summer bag also an airplane bag?? A euro bag!! It has it all.
Also spotted on Monikh (one of my favs) and Ashley Olsen of The Row herself. I really like the green color as well.

Side note I also love this mini keychain bag!!!!
Next, I came across Marie von Behrens collaboration with About You and was impressed. The prices are also not bad and the quality looks great. You can shop the collaboration here. These are a few of the pieces that I screen-shotted from her story:
Also was a fan of this top:
Anyways to the real tea, I was at the Santa Monica Airport Flea Market this past weekend and I saw a very COOL woman wearing some green sunglasses and I circled her until our paths crossed and even asked to take a photo of them. She was French because of course!! The brand is Meller and I was shocked to see the prices, they all go for between $50-$65 which is very cheap if you know how $$$ sunglasses can be. They also started in Barcelona and are eco friendly.
They are having a 2 for 1 sale right now with the code “SPRING2X1” which is pretty amazing, they accept returns so I bought a few pairs to try on and will return the ones I don’t love. I literally ordered 6 and the total was $162 guys!!
On this same day, I stopped into Erewhon (I KNOW BUT THEY SELL MY GF BREAD) and picked up the supplement NAD and reallllly have actually noticed a change in my energy and mood. I was feeling very tired and almost lethargic too often and I actually noticed a difference. NAD IV’s are very popular in the celebrity world and are said to have a very youthful effect. There is a lot of interesting research around NAD and worth looking into if you are interested! Here is the one I got:
I’ve also been eyeing these pasta salt tablets (made in Trapani, Italy) that I spotted on my Erewhon trip. Your pasta water should be like the ocean (or so I’ve heard). It’s not about the pasta!!!
Speaking of liquids, here is my morning routine:
We’ve got a banana blueberry smoothie (frozen bananas, cinnamon, almond milk, Moon Juice Blue Beauty protein, blueberries, PB2, and recently tried these tocos) + Pique matcha (THE best) + chamomile tea. I also have been drinking a lot of raspberry tea lately since it’s supposed to help with cramps.
I also love a good face mask like this Pai blue tansy one (blue tansy is superior) in the morning and a good old ice roll.
Lastly, I leave you with these very good cargo shorts from Zara. I upped a few sizes- I got a size 8 (29)- and they are a perfect oversized fit. I dressed them up here:
Worn a little more casually below:

A few more things:
Recently read this article in The New Yorker titled “No Mornings Don’t Make You Moral”- it was an interesting read especially for those who are shamed for being night owls!! I personally get a surge of creative energy at night but it’s also the only time 9-5’ers get some real time to themselves.
Another great read- Jenny Odell discusses how dominant capitalist ideology values productivity and efficiency, which often leads to a relentless focus on the future at the expense of the present moment and long-term environmental sustainability.
Odell advocates for practices that prioritize slowing down, cultivating a sense of presence, and reimagining time as cyclical rather than linear. This approach can help us to resist the extractive logic of capitalism and build more resilient communities that prioritize the health of both people and the planet. Ordered her book right after I read this piece!
Or you can read up on “How To Be A Mysterious Woman Who Is Also In Bed By 9:30 PM.”
Up next for me for podcasts is The Evaporated: Gone with the Gods. Found this recommendation via one of my favorite newsletters by Pandora Sykes. Little summary below:
Thanks for having a wee read! See you next time.
Love those shorts, and with the heels they’re fab! Where is the blue blouse from?
XO
I always love reading your 5 Molly, great finds, ideas and thoughts!
