FIVE
Welcome to 2023!! I took a long break over the holidays and hope you did too. I am feeling goooood about 2023 right?!? But really, for me, this year is going to be about getting quiet and taking all my vitamins! Starting small. But we’ll get more into this below.
1.JEWELRY SCREENSHOTS
I have been finding a lottttt of new jewelry brands and taking many a screenshots so I remember to come back to them. Have you heard of the brand Hernan Herdez?? I’m obsessed with EVERYTHING. I came across them via Instagram and immediately bought this chunky ear cuff ($110):
They have so many amazing pieces and the prices vary anywhere from $80 to finer pieces being around $1k (most importantly they are amazing quality and will last):
caged pearl $492 - emerla ring $1,628 - emerla necklace $2,565 - puffy ear cuff $158
dueto no 2 ring $432 - pearl barbell necklace $365 - pearl piercing $377 - pearl hoop $166 - abrazo necklace $427
I’m also very into the two different earrings look like these by Completedworks (they have a bunch of other great pairs on their website as well):
Some more screenshots below including Simuero rings (I love this brand along with Mondo Mondo) and model Maya Stepper’s earlobe (she has great jewelry and style).

Monikh, (below left), also another great follow, has some glorious jewels - I have been searching for a massive chunky silver ring like the one below. I am also loving what Bagatiba has been doing with their beaded collection and nylon cords (below right).

Also, there are some truly great vintage jewelry finds on Poshmark and Etsy. Pro tip from Courtney Grow search “vintage Givenchy earrings” on Poshmark and you’ll find some great pieces like this and this.
2.COURRÈGES skirts
I first found out about Courreges through Leandra Medine via this image:
I specifically love their mini skirts- they are very cool and I love the shape of the zipper in the front.
Of course, they have some deals and steals on Poshmark (white skirt, yellow skirt, black skirt)!! Ssense is also having a sale.

3.MOODBOARDING
I recently listened to Liz Moody’s podcast with Dr. Tara Swart Bieber who is a neuroscientist, psychiatric doctor and much more. She speaks about many things like the very overused word of manifesting but also moodboards, ways to train your brain- what that even means and lots more. See below, she also has so many other amazing guests on her podcast.
I feel like New Year goals are neither here or there but I do think it gives us all some extra time to sit with our thoughts. I am very pro journaling and writing out hopes/dreams/goals/regrets/thoughts/to do lists etc etc. I really like Superhuman’s journal prompt meditations. I also LOVE these pens and ROLLBAHN notebooks ONLY:
Also, though creating an actual visual moodboard via magazines/paper is said to be more effective, you can also use Pinterest to create a vision board and use it as your phone background or print it etc. I was very into Pinterest back in the day and these days I have been dipping my toe back in.
4.DEPOP FINDS
Speaks for itself, my round up of items I have found on Depop that you should add to your closet!! We really don’t need to shop for new items, even though I am guilty of it as well, all of my favorite finds are secondhand.

Also this The Row skirt is pretty amazing along with another vintage brown suede jacket. And this very cute wee green purse!
A few more for fun:
Also this Khaite jacket of DREAMS:
5.MATCHA
Yes, I am a Matcha convert. No caffeine shakiness, no anxiety and it’s creamy and it’s my favorite color!! Calm energy with no crash! My favorite Matcha is from Pique. Not only do they quadruple screen for toxins, heavy metals, they are 100% organic and ceremonial-grade. I drink mine with frothy oat milk and a bit of honey or maple syrup.
This is the milk frother I have been dreaming of buying because you can select the temperature but this one looks good too. I read too many reviews and spiral and then can’t make a decision so any milk frother recommendations I will take!! Also this Matcha whisk set on Etsy.
Thank you for reading as always! Also, has anyone else been hearing about Biab nails?? It’s gel nail polish but it’s supposed to ACTUALLY be healthy for your nails and make them grow. Hoping to try it next week. It’s supposedly going to be the new nail trend of 2023 (you heard it here first)!!
