Long time no chat my friends. It’s been a SEASON.
Spring is springing guys and here are some things that caught my eye the past few months:
Wearing: Why is it so hard to find 100% cotton panties? Have you looked at the material your hoo haa’s are being stuffed into on a daily basis? It’s not good!! We don’t want plastic down there!!
Cou Cou is the only brand I have recently come across that uses 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. This shouldn’t be such a rare occurrence, it is WILD. I love these. Mate the Label has some options as well. Please comment cotton panty referrals below.

Skin: Deep dives on the interweb have led me to these products. I tried this Dolce Vita blush by Nars and it’s my new favorite. I saw Tinx use it on TikTok and it really is exactly how she described it.
Really intrigued by the new Ciele contour stick. I love their blush and tinted serum foundation.
Every time I wear this I get told I look tan and I am nottttt tan. Best instant and easy tan drops ever. It looks scary to use but it’s so easy! I use a makeup brush to apply it.
Make Beauty is SLEPT ON. This is my number one concealer, it looks like literal skin and blends seamlessly. Their clear eyebrow gel as well! No flakes and keeps eyebrows locked in place. And lastly, my GO TO lip gloss in nude nova, this color and and texture. I always get asked what I have on when I wear it and it’s perfect for Summer. Seriously all their products are very well done.

You guys, I love the Substack, Feed Me by Emily Sundberg so much. I pay for a subscription and find all the articles she shares worth a read. There is everything from product drops to stock talk and everything in between. Recent reads included this and this. Also her most recent post about the new brand of sparkling water called, Not Beer. LOL it’s a good read and got the comment section fired up. Highly recommend subscribing!!

This was a veryyyy fascinating ready for me (also found this through Feed Me), basically about “the science and art of extending lifespan.” Care Culture > Huberman.
Another very interesting read from The New Yorker, Life in A Luxury Hotel for New Moms and Babies. Basically about how other countries like Taiwan, it is normal for women to stay in a hotel where they are cared for after they give birth. I feel like at the MINIMUM this should be offered to women as an option. So many conversations to be had around this.
Also reading the book Pachinko, very good so far. I am immersed.
Watching: Palm Royale on Apple TV. It’s so good. Carol Burnett is hilarious.

Ingesting: You shouldn’t ingest this but a French dentist said that Weleda Salt toothpaste is the best toothpaste out there. Seems like the reviews on Amazon agree.
I have talked about Rocky’s Matcha before but I have officially cancelled my Pique subscription and now am a true convert. Absolutely no caffeine ignited anxiety or jittery-ness, vibrant green color and creaaaaaaamy and genuinely delicious. Puts Pique to shame!! (I still love many of Pique’s product but matcha wise it has been defeated). If you make your own matcha, please try this stuff and tell me what you think!! I get the ceremonial blend matcha.
