Things I've reverse Google image searched this week, some RealReal finds, sparkly jewels, Zara framing options + more
going out tops yay! Do we go out anymore?
Hi and happy FriYAY. The days all seem to blend together in January and I’d be alright fast forwarding to May. Let’s get into some things that are keeping me going!!
Wearing: Here are four things I reverse Google image searched this week.
Starting off with the founder of Alfie’s Instagram (lots of good inspo there)- this little bag caught my eye. Would pair wonderfully Spring/Summer outfits especially if you are on a boat or as a wedding guest. You can get something very similar from Etsy, I think they are traditionally a Mexican design. The brand Pato has some really cute ones!
Elsa Hosk and Anouk have been wearing this coat and it’s a dream. It’s by Malina and it’s their collab with Anouk. I’d wear this top under it.
This little cardigan and tank combo on the creative director of J.Crew. I think leggings and little top combos like this with kitten heels will be big for Spring/Summer.
Lastly, I took this screenshot from Alice Pilate’s story and discovered this is an Isabel Marant sold out jacket but I found one on Poshmark for $250 in a size XL!
Love this Nin Studio top from No. 6 store.
This very colorful and warm scarf is on sale for $124. Also another great scarf on sale for $162 from $405.
Did you know Madewell has a Reluxe program with preowned and vintage pieces? Check out their drops.
These are great Jill Sander boots from The RealReal size 9.5.
This little bag for $275!
If you’re a size small, a great puffy coat.
Very fun going out top by Hosbjerg on The RealReal for $44!
This Yuhan Wang sparkly top is only $68 (size small).
Size large little yellow puffer by Holzweiler.
James Street Co is having 40% off everything, I have this and this sweater and love them- so beautifully made. I also just ordered this hat in charcoal and scarf in tobacco as my Mom has one that I always steal. So warm!!
Phoebe Philo is working on a magazine. I’m sure this will sell out instantaneously.

Jewels: After seeing this incredible paraiba tourmaline marquise sourced by Brennan Studios I became obsessed. There is a 7 carat stone going for $3k on 1st dibs. You could design such a cool piece out of this with your local jeweler.
I also love this carnelian pendant necklace from Casa Shop.
You could wear these on Valentine’s Day to feel something.
I want this J.Hannah X Okay Fine necklace. Love the box chain and the spacer beads you can mix with charms.
I’m looking into designing a ring so I’ll let you know how it goes.
Skin: I saw this photo of Agee Leinberry and loved the lipstick she had on. I may be sold on the Ole Henriksen pout creme. It’s sold out on Sephora.
Hair: People seem to rave about Wellbel for hair growth, anyone tried it out there? Thoughts? I was going to try one month and see if anything exciting happens. I did go into a deep dive on Reddit about it and it had a lot of good reviews. Along with hair oiling.
Real question, is there a perm option for the below? Sincerely a pin straight hair- can’t get any volume or texture girl.
Art: Zara home has some really great frames right now with different mats. I think it looks so much better when you take a small photo and frame it with a large mat. Some inspo below:
Zara frame options!
Another one here.
They also have some sleek jewelry cases and this is a cool chic kleenex box.
Love this vintage water color piece.
Reading: I finished Intermezzo and I genuinely loved it and there were many tears shed at the end. I think it’s my favorite Sally Rooney book as of yet. Yes, even ahead of Normal People!! I am now reading The Rachel Incident, I am on an Irish author roll.
Gracie Abrams and Sofia Coppola together in an interview.
I didn’t know A24 had cute little shirts and books for kids.
Martha Stewart is coming out with a new book on *gardening.*
New York Magazine is offering a writing course via newsletter. I signed up!
“Then you should enroll in New York Night School, a series of subscriber-exclusive, newsletter-based courses in which our writers and editors play professor for a bit and share their highly specific expertise. Each course will span five or six newsletters and be available to start whenever you sign up, allowing you to complete the series on your own schedule.”
Found this article interesting on who are the top readers of 2024? Hint- it’s not MAGA. Also, reading more fiction creates more empathy. This tracks? 2025 challenge (and a way to practice critical thinking skills)- read all the books conservatives want to ban/have banned (mostly down south) and then write down why? Be curious.
Everyone should read this article.
Watching: I just watched My Old Ass with my Mom. It was sweet and made me cry. It’s on Amazon Prime. Damnit Chad.
Listening: My January 2025 playlist.
Ingesting: I don’t remember the last time I was sick (knock on wood) but I think it’s been over a year now and this is with international and domestic travel and I swear it’s because of this Pique elderberry and liposomal vitamin C.
Minnesota, it could have been you (via Ochuko Akpovbovbo’s substack). $50!!!
Thanks for reading! x
I am trying wellbell now so can report back. I chose it because at least 5 of my coworkers highly recommended especially compared to nutrofol.
